Strategic Community Account Lead

Fibernow is seeking a Community Account Manager to own relationships with bulk communities, partnering with property managers, boards, and ownership representatives to protect and grow long-term value.
You will coordinate cross-functional teams across service, engineering, customer success, sales, and marketing to resolve issues, manage renewals, plan community events, and drive reference quality while maintaining regular onsite presence.
