Senior People & Talent Lead — Build & Scale

Indie Consulting in New York, NY is seeking its first dedicated People & Talent leader to build and scale the function as the firm grows. You will own recruiting, onboarding, compensation, and compliance, tailoring processes for both FTEs and contractors across multiple states.
You will work directly with the CEO and senior leaders to shape the organization, build scalable systems, and establish robust pipelines while maintaining discretion with sensitive compensation data.
