Senior Talent Development Leader — Remote IL

Hyundai Translead is seeking a Sr. Talent Development Partner to lead the training and development area, partnering with stakeholders and SMEs to design and implement curricula that improve performance and engagement.
The role will begin remotely from Illinois and transition to full-time onsite as the Joliet facility launches. Minimum requirements include a Bachelor’s in HR or related field and 5 years in training and development, plus strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
