The Ōnin Group in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Talent Sourcer to join ŌninTech/Search in a full-time, onsite role. You will identify and engage qualified professional and technical talent, build strong pipelines, and partner with Technical Recruiters to support current and future hiring needs.
You’ll also assist with key recruiting operations, including candidate updates, onboarding, payroll support, and pipeline management.
