Dyania Health is building its first dedicated People leader to shape how we support a global team across the US and Greece. You will report to the CFO and work closely with the CEO to design the People function from the ground up, covering strategy, systems, and infrastructure.
You will own organizational design, compensation, recruiting, onboarding, HR operations, culture, and performance — including growing your own People team as we scale.
