Regional Channel Sales Leader — Mid-Atlantic

Trane Technologies is seeking a Buy-Sell Team Leader to guide the mid-Atlantic sales team, drive regional revenue, and strengthen distributor partnerships. You will coach, set strategy, and collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to achieve regional goals.
The role is on-site in the Mid-Atlantic region with travel. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in channel sales or regional leadership are preferred; CRM proficiency and cross-functional influence are essential.
