Key responsibilities
Create short-form video ads for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Develop AI talking-head/avatar videos and UGC-style content from scripts and concepts
Analyze creative performance and optimize future videos based on insights
Required qualifications
2+ years of experience in video editing and short-form content creation
Strong experience with social media and performance marketing videos
Hands-on experience with editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects
