Partnerships Manager

who will take ownership of strategic collaborations, strengthen the partner landscape, and help drive global market adoption.
Your Role

Design and implement a partnership roadmap that supports their commercial and product objectives
Identify high‑value partnership opportunities across cloud, AI, software, and integration ecosystems
Partner Engagement

Build trusted, long‑term relationships with key partners and ensure alignment on shared goals
Lead co‑creation initiatives, joint solutions, and coordinated go‑to‑market activities
Negotiation & Enablement

Manage end‑to‑end partnership negotiations, including terms, frameworks, and collaboration models
Oversee onboarding and ensure smooth technical and operational integration with internal teams
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to develop tailored partner materials and value propositions
Create and deliver training and enablement programs that empower partners to succeed
Performance & Insights

Define and track KPIs to evaluate partnership impact and effectiveness
Provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to drive continuous improvement
Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics
Share insights internally to support product evolution and partnership strategy
What You Bring

3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances
Exposure to cloud, AI/ML, developer tools, or open‑source environments is highly beneficial
Strong technical curiosity and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
Proven ability to negotiate, structure, and scale successful partnerships
Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to connect partnerships to business outcomes
Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment
