Media Coordinator

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a

Media Coordinator , to join a multinational entertainment conglomerate in Universal City, CA. This is a 5-month contract with a potential for extension.

Pay:

$34.00/hr ; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.

Description:
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Act as support across the team for international media planning needs including building campaign briefs
Assisting with creative asset management and delivery
Acting as a liaison between internal teams to project manage asset requests
Monitor live confirmations, creating and tracking PO/invoices, and ad hoc admin support as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements:

1+ years of Media or Marketing experience.
Candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills
Be detail-oriented
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
International or Entertainment experience is preferred but not required.
