Real Time Graphics Manager

Leading a team of real-time artists, the full-time Real Time Graphics Manager will oversee the creation and implementation of high-fidelity visual assets in a hybrid role that combines creative direction with technical artistry, ensuring quality and efficiency in live production environments.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of real-time artists, conducting performance reviews and facilitating career development
Design and build complex 3D models while providing creative direction and maintaining high visual standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate creative concepts into technical implementations for live broadcasts

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in 3D and real-time production, with at least 4 years in sports and entertainment
1+ years of leadership experience in a creative studio or production environment
Proficiency in Vizrt and Unreal Engine, along with DCC tools like Photoshop and Maya
Advanced scripting knowledge within the Vizrt ecosystem (VB Script, HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript)
A strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of real-time graphics skills and visual storytelling
