Overview:

The Retail Media Coordinator manages day-to-day campaign logistics, asset distribution, scheduling, and placement operations for the SCHEELS Media Platform. This role ensures media placements move smoothly from proposal to production while keeping SCHEELS Media Platform organized and active.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day campaign logistics, asset distribution, and placement scheduling across the SCHEELS Media Platform

Track and manage media assets from initial proposal through production and execution

Collaborate with internal e-commerce, marketing and digital teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign creative and assets

Monitor campaign execution schedules and troubleshoot placement or workflow delays as needed

Maintain structured media schedules and documentation to keep platform operations organized and on track

Work closely with site experience to coordinate asset collection and asset creation

Monitor spend and budget pacing to ensure continuous campaign coverage

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to be organized, detailed, and multi-task

Respond with urgency to address project needs

Education & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of an associates degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Candidates may also have an equivalent combination of education and/or experience

Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.

Light work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for sedentary work.
