Associate Women’s Apparel Designer — Path to Lead Designer

Duffield Lane in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking an Associate Women's Apparel Designer to grow into a full design role. This in-office role (occasional WFH) involves owning design tasks, collaborating with the design team, and advancing skills alongside our fabric library.
The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of apparel or technical design experience, strong Illustrator and Photoshop skills, and comfort with tech packs, sketches, and garment measurements.
