Our highly creative production team produces network quality video packages involving lighting, video/audio recording, and directing techniques.We are looking for a Videographer/Editor who enjoys using their expertise and creativity daily. Serving in this position facilitates ministry activities and contributes to CBN's Biblical mission to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide.The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:Strong working knowledge of television production and post-productionExcellent knowledge of state-of-the-art video camera, lighting and audio production techniques and equipment operationStrong experience in Adobe Premiere Editing softwareStrong working knowledge in digital camera, 4K and HD production, editing, animation, and graphics techniquesFluent in digital cinema, editing, animation and graphics technologiesDemonstrative knowledge of NTSC and PAL digital television standards as well as necessary conversion techniquesCompetency with digital audio editing and mixing techniquesSkill in color perception and attention to visual and composition detail, with ability to color correct video as necessaryExcellent oral and written communication skills, proficiency in Spanish preferredProficient in MS Office and project management software toolsStrong interpersonal skills with ability to establish rapport with all levels of management, staff, and outside publicSelf-motivated with ability to work independently and as an effective member of a cross-cultural teamExcellent organizational and time management skills with good eye for detailFlexible with ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlinesAvailable to perform varying, changing and multiple shifts, extended hours, and meet expectation of last minute work demandsAbility to stand, lift and carry minimum 30 lbsAbility to travel with valid driver's license and a good driving recordDemonstrate life application of Biblical principles and practices in alignment with CBN's non-profit Christian missionPlease include link to online portfolio.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
