Job Description
As a successful candidate for the Web Developer I role, you will develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems supporting enterprise web services deployed within AWS environments while working independently and as part of a small, agile team. You will take ownership of features from design through implementation, testing, deployment, and sustainment; contribute to the development of processing-intensive analytics, real-time systems, large-scale data solutions, and business applications; and help ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, designing and implementing software solutions, reviewing and testing software components for adherence to design requirements, documenting test results, resolving software issues, and utilizing software development methodologies appropriate to the development environment. You will also contribute to system and software design decisions, including hardware and software trade-offs, software reuse strategies, the integration of Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) and Government Off-the-Shelf (GOTS) technologies, and the decomposition of system-level requirements into individual software components while supporting architectural discussions and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the software development lifecycle.
SALARY RANGE
$110,000 - $170,000/year.
