Regional Sales Director: Build & Lead Neuro Team

Tonix Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead a team of Account Managers within a defined region and drive sales performance through coaching and strategic oversight.
The role reports to the Area Sales Director and requires 5+ years of pharma sales management, a bachelor’s degree, and travel 3–4 days per week; the incumbent will recruit, hire, and develop talent while coordinating in-field activity and regional plans.
