Data Marketing Administrator

Westaff is looking for a Marketing Administrator in the Hudson MA area for Immediate Start!
Location: Hudson MA
Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm Weekly Pay!
Pay Rate: $24/hr
Scope of work: Reformat direct mail lists and reorganize according to what is needed.
Good with numbers, able to gather and organize tables as well as formatting.
Ability to sort and update.
Previous experience required!
Reformat Excel Quotes by Franchise, Territory, Zip Codes and Demographics.
Good with high levels of details.
Ability to transfer the information from the sales orders into a format using the quote that allows the prospecting data to be ordered.
Placing the prospecting data orders through an on-line system.
Downloading and naming the ordered data in a manner that allows the programmers to easily run their data builds.
Reformat direct mail lists and reorganize according to what is needed.
Good with numbers , able to gather and organize tables as well as formatting.
Pivot Tables a plus
