Health to drive growth across the East Coast.This is a technical OEM business development role—not a traditional medical-device territory position.You will work with Engineering, R&D, Procurement, Quality and other product-development stakeholders to identify new applications, solve complex design challenges and convert opportunities into long-term commercial partnerships.The company combines applications.The role is heavily weighted toward new business creation, while maintaining and expanding a portfolio of existing strategic accounts.What You'll OwnDevelop new business across medical-device OEMs and emerging healthcare applicationsProspect for new customers, programs and product opportunitiesBuild relationships across Engineering, R&D, Procurement, Quality and executive leadershipTranslate customer needs into technical and commercial opportunitiesManage long-cycle opportunities from discovery through qualification and commercializationExpand existing strategic accounts and applicationsCoordinate with Engineering, Marketing, R&D, Operations and global teamsBring the Voice of the Customer into market and product-development strategyMaintain disciplined CRM, product-development cyclesAbility to engage Engineering, R&D, Quality, Procurement and SourcingMedical-device or healthcare OEM experienceStrong technical aptitudeConsultative, customer-centric
