Director, People & Culture Ops (Hybrid Leader)

California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Director, People & Culture Operations. This hybrid, full-time role reports to the Chief of People and Culture Operations and oversees labor relations, EEO, health and safety, and all People and Culture operations.
The position guides policy implementation in line with CalHR, SPB and SCO guidelines, with telework as policy allows and in-person reporting to the Sacramento headquarters as needed.
