Social Media Client Services Specialist

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Representative to resolve escalated client concerns for District Managers. You will research, analyze, and make independent decisions to ensure client satisfaction, using multiple software applications and CRM.
You will liaise with Field Leadership and other units, providing support through phone, email, chat, and social channels, while documenting interactions and upholding professionalism to maintain trust with clients.
