Remote Creator Partnerships Lead — Performance-Based Pay

LaDu Labs is seeking a remote Creator Marketing Lead to build and lead a creator/affiliate team. You will source and onboard micro-influencers, track sales performance, and drive campaigns to boost conversions across platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
Ideally you have 1–2 years of experience managing creator teams, a sales-driven mindset, and a knack for spotting creators who convert, all within a fast-growing, 100% remote environment.
