Client Relationship Manager

Our client is located in San Antonio and looking to add a

Client Relationship / Wealth Management professional

to their team. The

Client Relationship Manager

acts as the main link between clients, financial advisors, and internal operations teams to deliver support and maintain account satisfaction. This person will be a highly resourceful team-player, who is comfortable under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient.
Responsibilities

Manage an extremely active calendar of appointments, maintain client accounts, compose and prepare confidential correspondence.
Prepare paperwork for new accounts and set up new client accounts.
Assist with quarterly letters and statements for clients.
Prepare any client and marketing material.
Prepare review books for clients.
Anticipating the Executives' needs and proactively bringing together appropriate people and resources to support the executive in addressing these issues.
Assists in coordinating the agenda of Senior Management team meetings and off-sites, and all staff meetings.
Managing external contacts; proactively understanding who they are, who the primary contacts are, and keeping track of periodic communication needed for primary contacts.
Assists in investor outreach including setting up meetings, managing investor conference participation, and associated travel.
Qualifications

5-10+ years of Client Management experience
Strong experience in client service, wealth management, or financial operations
Must have direct investment management experience
Assist client with sending wires and account maintenance
Investment Management / Banking / Financial Services Industry experience is required
Expert level in Microsoft Office Suite
CRM experience
Comfortable interacting with high-net-worth clients
