Director of Growth Creative: TikTok & Meta Wins

Dr. Squatch is seeking a Director of Growth Creative to own our direct response creative strategy across paid social, with deep specialization in Meta and TikTok/TikTok Shop. This operator role combines craft, analytics, and leadership within a high-velocity creative team.
Reporting to the VP of Growth, you will sit in the e-commerce org, partner with brand and performance teams, and lead a team in Marina Del Rey, CA. 3 days weekly on-site with base compensation $190k–$210k.
