Senior Graphic DesignerDesign and develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations and communication materials.Build, enhance, and maintain SharePoint Online sites and user experiences.Create process documentation, workflow diagrams, personas, journey maps, and operational playbooks.Translate process engineering and workflow discussions into polished visual deliverables.Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop engaging communication materials.Maintain design consistency and ensure content is tailored to executive, operational, and large-audience communications.Manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver high-quality products on time.Required Qualifications5+ years of SharePoint Online (or comparable website) design experience.5+ years of executive-level PowerPoint presentation development experience.3+ years of playbook and process documentation design experience.Strong proficiency with PowerPoint and SharePointExperience creating:PersonasJourney mapsWorkflow documentationProcess documentationStrong collaboration and communication skills.Ability to receive feedback, incorporate revisions, and work effectively with stakeholders.Portfolio and work samples are required.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Staffing, or HR organizations.Experience maintaining and administering SharePoint sites, not simply building them.Experience designing interactive or digital playbooks rather than static PDF documents.
