We are looking for a Director of Sales for a busy, clean, and full service, branded hotel. We are looking for a community builder and social diplomat, a strategic business manager, and a sales hunter. This position has the potential to grow into an Area Director of Sales in the future!

Full Service Hotel Sales Director Qualifications

3+ years as a Sales Director of a full-service hotel

5+ years of progressive hotel sales experience

Tactful, diplomatic, and influential communication style

Outgoing persona and a strategic community builder

Strong hunter mentality, not afraid of cold calling or knocking on doors

Experience creating budgets, forecasts, and revenue projections

Strong desire and ambition to grow career and take on new responsiblities

Experience managing OTAs and rate setting preferred

Full Service Hotel Sales Director Responsibilities

Represent the property professionally in the community and at sales shows

Meet with prospective clients to discuss their needs, fair pricing, and accomodations

Develop a strong book of business by building relationships with consistent follow through

Respond to inbound leads in a timely and courteous manner

Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth and above expectation event execution

Create proposals and respond to RFPs

Other duties as assigned
