About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Product and Corporate Communications. This role is pivotal in leading and inspiring teams to deliver highly sophisticated and impactful work, particularly in the areas of oncology and pharmaceutical product communications. The successful candidate will be a natural leader, serving as a senior counselor on major accounts, and will be responsible for overseeing dynamic teams, shaping the future of the practice, and contributing to the culture of the agency. The role demands a professional with a deep knowledge of the pharma regulatory landscape, experience in managing large, integrated pieces of business, and a passion for creativity that drives meaningful impact.

As the Senior Vice President, you will be expected to demonstrate a steadfast commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and to lead with kindness and humanity. The ideal candidate will have approximately 10+ years of agency or related experience, with a proven track record in healthcare communications, including disease awareness, data and regulatory milestones, corporate reputation, and branded campaigns. Responsibilities also include inspiring clients to think bigger, participating in new business efforts, and leading the team with superb management and interpersonal skills. The role is for a candidate who is part doer, part dreamer, and who is dedicated to delivering exceptional work in a fun, collaborative, and non-hierarchical environment.
