Job Details

You are a Senior Designer with strong experience across one or more of the following - apparel, hardgoods, and accessories preferably for a sporting goods company or lifestyle brand.
You are someone who has the ability to operate autonomously and own the product design for the organization - everything from material innovation, color strategy, seasonal trends and development packs, and the creativity to drive the design from ideation through execution.
We are looking for someone who can not only work autonomously but also knows there is no I in team and has a collaborative mindset and a strong work ethic.
And of course -- someone who is genuinely passionate about sports!

We were started by a 16 year old who saw a need for better baseball batting gloves. Today, we look to outfit athletes both on and off the field with premium equipment and apparel.
