Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Eric Atwell State Farm located in Overland Park, KS. The Account Manager will be responsible for building client relationships, assisting with insurance policy inquiries, making recommendations, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Build client relationships

Assist with insurance policy inquiries

Recommend appropriate insurance solutions

Provide excellent customer service

Maintain accurate client records

Participate in sales and marketing activities

Attend training and development sessions

Qualifications

Customer Service, Relationship Management, and Communication skills

Insurance Industry Knowledge and Policy Management skills

Education: College degree preferred, or combination of work experience and high school diploma
