Brooks is seeking a Program Manager for Brooks Academy in Seattle. You will lead onboarding, capability building, and immersive learning experiences aligned to our academy strategy, working with Product leadership and HR to translate priorities into impactful programs.
As day-to-day lead, you’ll collaborate with Footwear and Apparel teams, manage budgets and timelines, and measure impact to continuously improve learning outcomes across the organization.
