Position Overview
Fund Marketing Specialists support fundraising and investor engagement initiatives by creating marketing materials, coordinating campaigns, and assisting with investor communications. Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain fund marketing materials, presentations, and digital content

Support investor meetings, webinars, and events with logistical and content preparation

Track marketing performance metrics, investor engagement, and campaign effectiveness

Assist with drafting investor communications, newsletters, and periodic reports

Collaborate with portfolio, operations, and compliance teams to ensure materials are accurate and compliant

Identify opportunities to improve marketing strategy, messaging, and outreach processes

Prepare ad-hoc marketing and investor reports for internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field

Experience in fund marketing, investor relations, or financial communications preferred

Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and marketing tools

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Understanding of private funds, capital raising, or investment products is a plus
