ELM Incentives Manager — Forest Policy & Grants

Government Recruitment Service is seeking an ELM Manager for the Forestry Commission on a temporary, full-time basis. The role focuses on enhancing Environmental Land Management incentives, starting with Countryside Stewardship Woodland Tree Health and expanding to other schemes as needed.
You will work closely with Defra policy and ALBs, deliver guidance and training on scheme changes, and support cross-team collaboration within National Grants and Regulations’ ELM Incentives.
