Residential Program Supervisor

The Faison Center in Virginia is seeking a Residence Program Manager to supervise staff, coordinate client care, and maintain a safe environment that supports clients' goals and quality of life.
You will uphold quality and regulatory standards, oversee ISPs, manage casework, on-call duties, and coordinate audits and staff training.
A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred, with 1–2 years in a similar role and strong leadership and communication skills.
