Senior CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Director

Equinox Fitness Club is seeking a Senior Director of CRM & Lifecycle Marketing to lead the CRM strategy across lifecycle programs, owned channels, and personalized experiences that drive member engagement and revenue.
The role will define annual priorities, partner with Brand, Growth, Data & Analytics, and Technology teams, and build a high-performing CRM team to deliver measurable impact across the member lifecycle.
