Influencer Marketing Coordinator

role focuses on managing influencer programs and content campaigns. The role involves coordinating product pools, internal briefings, talent vetting, and campaign reporting. This role sits within the Paid Media, Affiliate & Influencer team and will work closely with another Influencer Marketing Coordinator on the team.
Key Responsibilities

Own the execution of influencer programs including campaign ideation, execution, and reporting.
In partnership with Manager, help evaluate submitted RFPs to select which influencer network/publishers or direct creators who determine who best meets the goals for each campaign
Manage the always-on influencer program on a monthly basis
Manage both general fund & co-op influencer campaigns, from start to finish including planning, concepting, briefing, talent vetting, product coordination and approvals, creative reviews and approvals, and wrap-up reporting.

Review proposed talent to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and provide feedback for final approval
Review influencer submitted product selections to ensure alignment with campaign briefs and product pools + all co-op vendor requirements are met

Work on local influencer campaigns, pop-ups and manage various in-store content shoots when necessary
Execute and coordinate all aspects of any influencer events/activations we host
Generate and review daily & weekly influencer reports in Adobe, LTK Dashboard, and ShopMy dashboard.

Identify optimization opportunities, trends, performance and share insights with the affiliate team, merch marketing, and leadership

Maintain daily needs for all influencer marketing: including IOs, billing, and effectively communicate both externally on all things influencer

External partners include: Rakuten Advertising Agency Team, LTK Team, ShopMy Team + various direct publishers and direct influencers
Internal partners include: merch marketing, marketing effectiveness, paid media team, creative, project planning, finance, stores team, site merchandising

Qualifications

Must be organized, detail-oriented, and a multi-tasker capable of handling multiple influencer campaigns at various stages of the campaign cycle simultaneously (briefing, talent, product, creative, reporting)
Background in influencer and/or social media marketing with 1-3 years of experience
Familiarity with social trends and platforms such as LTK, ShopMy Instagram, TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and Pinterest
