Product Manager

Compensation:

$90,000 - $130,000 annually, depending on experience

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Product Manager to join their team!
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced product leader to step into a newly created role and make an immediate impact. You’ll serve as the sole Product Manager for a key product, partnering closely with operations, development, marketing, and leadership to guide priorities, improve efficiency, and support ongoing changes following a recent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Own product management for a core company application
Partner with leadership to define product priorities
Lead backlog refinement and ceremony planning
Collaborate with development and marketing teams
Support market research and product improvements
Identify workflow gaps and efficiency opportunities
Assist with UAT and release readiness
Evaluate and recommend tools for team productivity
Work across teams in a changing, fast-moving environment
Required Qualifications & Experience:

5+ years of product management experience
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
Working knowledge of Kanban practices
Understanding of APIs and how they support products
Experience with backlog refinement and sprint ceremonies
Experience supporting UAT and product delivery
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Ability to adapt in a changing business environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Agile or Scrum certification
Experience working on app-based products
Exposure to product teams in a post-acquisition environment
Familiarity with AI tools and productivity platforms
Experience partnering with executive stakeholders

Other Information:

Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote after ramp-up
Two interview rounds are expected
Role reports directly to operations leadership
Focused on a dedicated product with an established development team
Position is being hired to replace split product responsibilities
