Pandora is seeking a Store Manager for our Tempe location. You will lead a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads and Sales Associates, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales.
You will coach, mentor, and develop staff while upholding Pandora's brand standards on the floor. You will partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and HR to resolve performance issues, optimize operations, and ensure timely execution of merchandising directives.
