The ideal candidate will have experience in volunteer recruitment, organizing, field, and campaign management. Start date is January 15, 2026 or as soon as possible.Responsibilities will include:Assist candidate with fundraising, including call-time managementAnalyze district data and develop precinct prioritization planManage volunteersWork with vendors and consultants around digital and mail programsDevelop and implement a GOTV strategyIdeal Qualifications and Requirements:Experience with VAN/VoteBuilderExperience recruiting and training volunteersAbility to work well with a range of different people and personalitiesAbility to quickly learn the district down to the precinct levelProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelExperience working in diverse communitiesDriver's license and access to a carCandidate will be required to work campaign hours, including nights and weekends. Expected salary is $4000-$4500 per month, commensurate with experience. Supporter housing may be available.
