Senior Director, Internal Communications & Culture

Clear Street in New York is seeking an Associate Director of Internal Communications to lead storytelling, executive messaging, and employee engagement across internal channels. You will partner with the CMO and People Team to inform and align staff with the company’s growth, priorities, and culture.
You will own content creation, messaging consistency, and impactful events such as Town Halls, while guiding culture initiatives and metrics to improve engagement across the organization.
