MATTE is seeking an Executive Producer, Experiential Production to own end-to-end production for our experiential work. You will lead the lifecycle from concept through installation and strike, ensuring creative intent is preserved while balancing safety, scalability, and profitability.
Based in LA with EST hours, you will guide the team of Producers and Senior Producers, oversee budgets, and collaborate with Creative, Client Services, and Finance on strategy, risk, and opportunities.
