Marketing Social Media Manager

We combine gourmet food, handcrafted cocktails, and state-of-the-art viewing experiences in a high-energy, upscale environment. We’re looking for an experienced and creative Marketing & Social Media Manager to help us build brand awareness, showcase our events, and shape our voice across all digital platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.)

Plan and execute social media campaigns promoting events, specials, and brand identity

Capture and edit engaging photo and video content that reflects the Platform experience

Maintain a consistent online presence and respond to followers or comments to drive engagement

Update and manage website content, ensuring accuracy with current menus, events, and promotions

Coordinate digital advertising, email marketing, and partnerships with local influencers or media outlets

Track analytics and engagement data to measure campaign effectiveness and refine strategies

Collaborate with management and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals

Support in-house promotions, sponsorships, and seasonal campaigns

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles (hospitality experience a plus)

Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills

Proficiency with social media platforms and tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Later, Hootsuite, or equivalent)

Basic graphic design, photography, and video editing skills

Knowledge of SEO, website content management, and analytics tracking preferred

Energetic, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
