Prioritize Brand over Product Design: Operate within a marketing environment where the focus is on storytelling and presenting products effectively, rather than solving for navigation, user flow, or page click-throughs

Demonstrate High Craft: Possess strong design skills capable of pushing boundaries.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute high-fidelity designs for interactive digital experiences from concept through to channel application.
Provide oversight and guidance to an agency design team, ensuring creative excellence and brand consistency.
Create interactive teaser pages to generate excitement for upcoming product launches.
Craft detailed product pages for new product introductions across various categories.
Develop interactive sizing and measurement guides to enhance user experience.
Design compelling category landing pages and storefront discovery modules.
Produce cross-channel launch assets for various customer touchpoints, including customer relationship management platforms and direct response channels.
Utilize rapid prototyping to test user flows and actively explore AI design tools to accelerate output and innovation.
Design and integrate new categories into global navigation headers, storefront modules, and ribbon tiles.
Serve as the voice of truth for user experience, proactively building relationships with creative, UX, and engineering leads.
What You'll Bring

Proven experience as a digital designer with exceptional design craft.
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to apply design craft within an established design system.
Expertise in developing high-fidelity designs and executing interactive digital experiences.
Experience with rapid prototyping to test user flows and interactions.
Familiarity with and active exploration of AI design tools for asset generation and prototyping.
Strong ability to build proactive relationships with creative, UX, and engineering leads.
Proficiency in design software including Figma.
Experience with various prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, and other industry-standard tools).

Compensation Range: $115,000-$120,000 DOE
