The Graphic Designer serves as the primary design resource for the Marketing & Communications Department, creating high-quality print and digital materials that support Club-wide programs, eventsand communications. This positionis responsible fora wide range of creative projects while ensuring consistency with the Club’s brand standards.

As a member of a small, collaborative team, the Graphic Designer will also becross-trainedto support the department’s day-to-day communications and administrative functions, including website maintenance, email marketing, print distribution and other departmental needs. The ideal candidate is a skilled and versatile designer who brings strong creative judgment, attention todetail,and a willingness to contribute wherever needed to support the team.

Graphic Design & Creative Production

Serve as the department’s primary graphic designer, creating high-quality materials for programs, events, dining, athletics, membership, team member communications and other Club initiatives.

Design and produce a wide range of print and digital materials, including newsletters and bulletins, brochures, flyers, signage, menus, invitations, publications, email graphics, forms, sign-in sheets, presentations and other materials that communicate information clearly while maintaining consistent branding and visual standards.

Manage design projects from initial concept through final production, incorporating feedback and preparing accurate, polished files for digital distribution or print.

Maintain consistency across creative materials by following established brand standards for typography, color, imagery, logos and overall visual identity.

Collaborate with Marketing & Communications team members and departments across the organization to translate information, goals and ideas into clear and engaging visual communications.

Coordinate print production as needed, including preparing files, reviewing proofs and working with internal resources and outside vendors.

Organize and maintain design files, templates and creative assets to support efficient production and consistent branding.

Stay informed of design trends, tools and best practices and identify opportunities to strengthen the quality and effectiveness of the Club’s visual communications.

Communications & Department Support

Support the day-to-day execution of Club communications, including building and distributing marketing emails, updating website content and assisting with other digital communications.

Utilize the department’s website, email marketing and other communications platforms to help maintain accurate, timely and visually consistent information.

Maintain and distribute printed signage and communications throughout the Club, including posting flyers, updating framed posters and ensuring materials displayed across the property are current, accurate and professionally presented.

Support the organization and maintenance of department files, mailing lists, forms and other communications resources.

Assist with photography, image selection and management of the Club’s digital photo library as needed.

Provide general project and administrative support to the Marketing & Communications team, particularly during high-volume periods, major events and publication deadlines.

Remain flexible in taking on new responsibilities, systems and processes as department needs evolve.

All other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Associate’s or bachelor’sdegree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills across print and digital work is required for consideration.

High levelofproficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Illustrator.

Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, colorand visual hierarchy.

Ability to create polished, brand-consistent materials across a variety of formats, audiencesand communication needs.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritiesand deadlines.

Collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Adaptable and eager to learn new tools, systems and processes and contribute to responsibilities beyond graphic design as part of a smallmultifacetedMarketing & Communications team.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with website content management systems, email marketing platforms or other digital communications tools.

Familiarity with print production processes and working with commercial print vendors.

Photography and basic photo-editing experience. Experience creating PowerPoint presentations or other presentation materials.

Experience supporting marketing, communications or administrative functions in a collaborative environment.

Experience in hospitality, private clubs, nonprofit organizations or other service-focused environments is a plus.
