Territory Field Marketing Leader: Events & Lead Gen

Stronghouse Sales - Retail is seeking a Territory Field Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness across events and big-box locations. You will recruit, train, and lead field teams while executing lead-generation strategies and delivering measurable results.
This hands-on leadership role requires managing budgets, CRM data, and KPIs, plus frequent travel within the territory and evening/weekend availability to support events.
