Maintain organized project files and assets

Must Have

3+ years video editing experience

Expert in Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro

Strong understanding of pacing and storytelling

Knowledge of video formats and compression

Attention to detail

Nice to Have

After Effects motion graphics skills

Color grading expertise

Audio mixing experience

Photography skills

YouTube/social platform optimization knowledge
