Business Development Executive

Business Development ExecutiveThe Business Development Executive position is responsible for selling products to revenue cycle management companies, healthcare technology vendors (PM/EHR/EMR) healthcare providers and hospitals, or other healthcare aggregators. This role requires a background in Healthcare business development, ideally selling technical, SaaS, and subscription-based solutions to the Healthcare industry as well as formulating strategic alliances. Healthcare Industry knowledge, strong communications skills, excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to start, develop, and nurture relationships, and technical acumen are important to the success of this role.Duties and ResponsibilitiesImplement RMS marketing strategies, analyzing trends and resultsUtilize Salesforce to track all accounts and opportunity activities as well as submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses as requestedMonitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developmentsMaintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societiesContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededAttend Healthcare industry conferences as assignedTravel as requiredAdditional duties and responsibilities as assignedQualificationsAt least 10 years Healthcare market knowledge and experienceStrong communication skillsDemonstrated success in closing large, complex sales opportunitiesExperience formulating partnerships with healthcare vendors or direct selling into Hospitals and/or large physician groups is requiredEducation/ExperienceBachelor's Degree or High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience.Environmental ConditionsIndoor climate-controlled environment.
