Heartflow is seeking a Territory Account Manager to lead adoption of its non-invasive cardiovascular technology across designated accounts. You will engage Cardiologists, PCPs, Nurse Practitioners and other stakeholders, educating them on cCTA/FFRct pathways and driving utilization.
This field-based role requires substantial overnight travel. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Clinical teams to build program plans, manage relationships, and deliver value.
