The Manager, Digital Marketing to own all promotional channels end-to-end — email, SMS/MMS, push messaging, paid media (search, social, programmatic), and CTV.
Responsibilities:
Create and develop cross-channel campaigns that contribute to company KPIs, delivering measurable improvement in top-line and bottom-line growth
Own daily operations across all promotional channels — email, push notifications, SMS/MMS, paid media, and CTV, including channel strategy, content production, audience and contact strategy, list management, segmentation, build, QA, deployment, testing, optimization, and analytics/reporting
Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across search, paid social, programmatic display, and CTV, managing budgets, pacing, bidding strategy, and creative rotation to hit acquisition and revenue targets
Manage messaging lists and data integration between marketing platforms (e.g., Adobe Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo), CRM, text message provider, and database
Orchestrate custom journeys across fan behaviors, with triggered messaging based on fan actions, and define strategy for integrating dynamic and personalized content into emails, messages, and landing pages to boost conversion metrics
Build audience segmentation and targeting strategies across owned and paid channels, creating requirements for the data needed to personalize content for each fan segment
Write and edit campaign copy across channels — subject lines, SMS/push copy, ad copy, and landing page content — that is on-brand, on-voice, and conversion-focused
Manage campaign workflows and coordinate with creative, digital, and communications teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
Proactively monitor full-funnel marketing metrics (deliverability, open/click-through rates, CPM/CPC/CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, LTV) and provide analysis and recommendations for enhancing effectiveness
Develop A/B and multivariate testing strategies across promotional channels, optimizing campaigns based on learnings and business goals
Identify and implement AI-driven efficiencies across the promotional workflow — from copy generation and creative variation to audience building, QA, and reporting — driving faster time to market
Track and communicate results, success metrics, and recommendations for improvement to leadership and client stakeholders
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required. Educational discipline in a related field (Marketing, Business, Communications, etc.) highly desired.
4+ years of digital marketing experience spanning lifecycle/CRM channels (email, push, SMS) and paid media, including hands‑on campaign management in at least one enterprise messaging or marketing automation platform
Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills required — ability to write sharp, conversion-focused copy across channels with impeccable attention to detail
Knowledge and execution of audience segmentation, targeted messaging, triggered/drip campaigns, and content personalization, with prior success in engagement and commerce programs that demonstrably improved conversion and engagement
Hands‑on experience managing paid campaigns across search, social, and/or programmatic platforms, including budget management and performance optimization
Understanding of marketing funnel metrics and customer LTV analysis, with proven experience using analytics tools to measure success and optimize campaigns
Knowledge of best practices for testing methodologies, list hygiene, deliverability, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and privacy regulations)
Highly collaborative operator who can partner effectively across creative, content, comms, data, and client teams
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and work around tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, including evenings and weekends tied to live events.
