Senior Federal Account Strategist

Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a Hybrid Account Manager to manage a key book of Federal, Aerospace and Defense clients. You will drive adoption, expand product usage, and orchestrate renewals while ensuring customer satisfaction and value realization from Cornerstone solutions.
You will partner with Sales, Customer Excellence, and Customer Engagement teams to deliver solutions, lead discovery workshops, and build strategic account plans that align technology with client business goals.
