The Happy Camper is hiring: Graphic Designer in Charlotte

Happy Camper is looking for a Charlotte-based graphic designer to join us part-time or on a retainer basis. You'll be the creative hands behind our packaging, our collateral, and a lot of what makes our brand look like our brand.
What you'd own: Packaging and label design - you need to be strong in Adobe Illustrator, this is the core of the role.
Consumer collateral - sell sheets, brochures, one-pagers, built in InDesign or Canva.
Brand and creative work - helping shape how Happy Camper looks across touchpoints.
Supporting the marketing team on graphic art for advertising.
Social media graphics and digital assets - still images/graphics that get spliced into video content (you won't be editing or producing video, just providing the assets).
Who we're looking for: A strong Illustrator skillset, non-negotiable for packaging work.
Comfortable in InDesign and/or Canva for collateral.
Someone who can show us the work — send a portfolio.
Based in Charlotte, NC (required).
The practical bits: Part-time hourly or retainer - we're flexible and want to find the right fit for the right person.
