Founders Associate: Launch Events & Community Lead

SteerSuite, headquartered in Miami, seeks a structured, self-driven individual to own social media and event content end-to-end. You will manage venues, travel, catering and budgeting, and ensure smooth guest communications from invitation to follow-up.
You will coordinate with startups, investors and partners. Fluency in German and English (C1) is required, with on-site US travel for the launch week and remote work from Germany with occasional visits to Bochum/Dusseldorf.
