2nd Shift Production Supervisor - Lead a 30-Person Team

J&J Snack Foods Corp. in Paducah, KY, is seeking a Production Supervisor to ensure production runs on schedule in a safe, efficient manner. You will report to the Production Manager and supervise up to 30 employees across production lines.
You will lead daily tasks, conduct safety meetings, and participate in interviews, hiring and, when needed, firing processes while ensuring GMP policies are followed and required paperwork is completed accurately.
